How much is shipping and handling?
We do not make money on shipping! Our web site interfaces with the United States Postal Service web site to calculate your shipping amount as accurately as possible. Your shipping amount varies based on where you live and what you order.
To see a shipping estimate, click on an order button or link. Midway down the page you'll see a shipping estimate. Put in your full shipping address for an exact shipping amount.
We ship to the U.S. via Priority Mail (3-5 business days) and Priority Mail International to the rest of the world.
Priority Mail offers delivery confirmation for domestic packages (no charge to you).
When will my package be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within two business days.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
According to the USPS web site, Priority Mail takes 3 - 5 days and Priority Mail International, 4 - 6 days. These are typical delivery times but packages are not guaranteed to arrive in that time. Also, please note that these are business days and do not include Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.
How can I track the progress of my order?
We, or our shipping partners will send you an email with your delivery confirmation number as soon as we have it (for shipping methods that have delivery confirmation). For international shipments: Priority Mail International does not offer tracking.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes. However there are two problems with shipping to P.O. Boxes.
1) Sometimes the article is lost or stolen at the P.O. Box.
2) Fraudulent purchasers who receive the product can claim that the product was
never received.
This problem is so severe that many shippers refuse to ship to P.O. Boxes!
Here's our policy for P.O. Boxes.
We ship to P.O. Boxes and offer the same refund policies and guarantees. If the purchaser claims the item was not received, we will ship a second identical item to them via a postal method that includes tracking. Both parties agree that if the tracking indicates the item was delivered, the item is considered to have been delivered. This second item will have no refund guarantee.

We declare a low value on all packages so that packages clear customs quickly and with minimum fuss.
My shopping cart program is set to give you only the appropriate shipping options for your address. Occasionally, an order slips through where an inappropriate shipping method has been selected. In this case, we reserve the right to substitute a different shipping method at no cost to you.
