Hey Keith I love this process! Soooo simple. I have used this with one client so far. Is it possible that you can make this an automated process, so that they can do it inside their own minds without any physical spots they walk to? Also, I was thinking of tailoring this process and have the person imagine that they are in an elevator with 6 floors. Each floor being one of the spots along the process. Or even possibly a simple Ferris wheel, as long as they are not afraid of heights.
