		<description>Thanks for this reminder, Keith - I needed it.  Remembering to work on the level of the presenting issue, rather than staying stuck in the initial story, is especially useful when dealing with an anxiety issue that is not responding to more specific interventions.  I recently had a phobia client and I was aware of a more general anxiety level present for her, but stayed somewhat stubbornly focused on the presenting phobia for more time than was useful...  It&#039;s always good to refresh our minds about this stuff, and your articles are a great tool for that.</description>

By the way, the logical levels àre levels, neurological levels, they go from the least involvement of your neurobiological system in reaction to the environment (reflexes) to the greatets involvement of all your neurobiological systems at the spiritual level (all of your brain and the prefrontal cortex). At the highest level the most information or energy is involved and  organised in the most complex way....</description>
