General Shipping Questions

How much is shipping and handling?

We don’t make money on shipping! Your shipping amount varies based on where you live and what hypnosis/NLP training program you ordered.

To see a shipping estimate, click on an order button or link. Midway down the page you’ll see a shipping estimate. Put in your full shipping address for an exact shipping amount.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within two business days.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

According to the USPS web site, Priority Mail takes 3 – 5 business days and Priority Mail International, 4 – 6 business days. So, depending on where you are, you’ll probably get your package in about a week (domestically) and two weeks for international. These are typical delivery times but packages are not guaranteed to arrive in that time. Also, please note that these are business days and do not include Saturday, Sunday and holidays. If you’re an international customer, your country’s customs office may belay your package. It’s rare, but if it happens, please recognize that I don’t control your government.

How can I track the progress of my order?

We, or our shipping partners will send you an email letting you now when your order has shipped. Your order may or may not have tracking/delivery confirmation available.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes. However there are two problems with shipping to P.O. Boxes.

1) Sometimes the article is lost or stolen at the P.O. Box.
2) Fraudulent purchasers who receive the product can claim that the product was never received.

This problem is so severe that many shippers refuse to ship to P.O. Boxes!

Here’s our policy for P.O. Boxes.

We ship to P.O. Boxes and offer the same refund policies and guarantees. If the purchaser claims the item was not received, we will ship a second identical item to them via a postal method that includes tracking. Both parties agree that if the tracking indicates the item was delivered, the item is considered to have been delivered. This second item will have no refund guarantee.

International Orders

Yes.

How much does it cost?

We ship internationally via Priority Mail International.

Can you put a low value on my package contents so I won’t have to pay import fees?

We declare a low value on all packages so that packages clear customs quickly and with minimum fuss.

Other Shipping Information

My shopping cart program is set to give you only the appropriate shipping options for your address. Occasionally, an order slips through where an inappropriate shipping method has been selected. In this case, we reserve the right to substitute a different shipping method at no cost to you.

Special Instructions

Occasionally, someone sends me a note with their order to “please leave the package on the back porch” or something of that nature. Please realize, I don’t deliver these packages in person and have no way to get that message to the person who will.

Ordering Multiple Items

I have more than one company that manufactures my CDs, DVDs and books.  Sometimes if you order multiple items, different items may come from different suppliers. That means your programs may arrive separately. If you have any questions about any order, feel free to let me know and I’ll track it down for you.
